Trad[AI]lyzer publishes statistical forecasts of the next hour for Bitcoin (BTC/USD), XRP (XRP/USD), gold (Gold/USD) and WTI crude oil (WTI/USD). Some predictors are offered by subscription; predictors without a proven edge are published free as experimental. A subscription gives you a first report once your payment is confirmed, then one email report per hour for its duration (24 hours or 30 days). Each report contains the next-hour forecasts of the predictors you subscribed to, their accuracy and charts. By ordering or using the website, you accept these terms.
Trad[AI]lyzer provides information and education only. Our forecasts are statistical estimates produced automatically by computer models. They are not financial, investment, tax or trading advice, and they are not recommendations to buy or sell any asset. They do not take your personal situation, objectives or risk tolerance into account.
Cryptocurrencies, currencies and commodities are volatile and risky. You can lose all the money you invest. Forecasts can be wrong, and past results, including the accuracy figures we publish, do not guarantee future results. You alone are responsible for your investment decisions. Consider consulting a registered professional before investing.
If we fail to deliver the reports you paid for, tell us within 7 days at algorithm@tradailyzer.com and we will extend your subscription or refund you by the same payment method. Because reports are delivered immediately, a subscription that has started cannot be refunded because of the content of the forecasts or the markets' movements.
Reports are for your personal use. Do not resell or republish them, or present them as your own, without our written permission. Do not attempt to disrupt the website or access data that is not meant for you.
We work to deliver every report, but the service depends on outside data sources, the Internet and our servers. Reports can be late or missing, no forecast is made while a market is closed, and we can change or stop a predictor. If we stop a predictor during your subscription, section 4 applies.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses resulting from investment decisions you make, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription concerned. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act or any other law that cannot be excluded by contract.

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page when you order. These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and of Canada applicable there.
