1. Who we are

Trad[AI]lyzer ("we", "us") operates the website tradailyzer.com and its market forecast reports. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have. It is written to meet Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

2. Person in charge of personal information

The person in charge of the protection of personal information is the founder of Trad[AI]lyzer. You can reach them at algorithm@tradailyzer.com for any question, request or complaint about your personal information.

3. What we collect

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or social media pixels.

4. Why we use it

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

5. Who it is shared with

Emails are sent from our own mail server. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order and subscription records for as long as tax and accounting laws require (generally up to 6 years), then delete them. Mailing list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for a limited time for security purposes.

7. Security

Your information is stored on a protected server, is not accessible from the web, and is only used by our own programs. No system is perfectly secure: if an incident could cause you serious harm, we will notify you and the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, as the law requires.

8. Your rights

You can ask to access your personal information, correct it, receive a copy in a commonly used format, withdraw your consent, or have it deleted when we no longer need to keep it. Write to algorithm@tradailyzer.com; we answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

9. Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new "last updated" date.
